Since Evency Morocco launch in 2001, we have introduced many people to Morocco and our hospitable way of life! From the foundation of Evency Morocco, we have been providing travel services and experiences in a responsible and creative manner so you can simply enjoy your time in Marrakech! Our services range from customised itineraries for independent travellers to business programs that suit any budget and requests. We are more than happy to offer sustainable activities as tour programs to individuals or groups. We have built solid working relationships that are based on respect for one another as well as the environment, allowing us to operate creative itineraries throughout Morocco. 

Our main interest in sustainability focuses on environmental and socio-economic concerns because of the necessity to protect Morocco's susceptible tourism market. We at Evency Morocco have already organised various eco-activities in small villages with different companies travelling to Morocco who will in turn bring necessary school supplies, equipment to help restore schools, and help plant trees while on holiday. Apart from organising eco-friendly projects, we are a member of a Moroccan travel agencies consortium with seven other agencies, and together we have set up a fund for sustainable tourism in Morocco. The basic idea behind this initiative is that for each invoice a company receives, 5 Dirhams will be donated to this fund. We also buy all of our clients' gifts from an artisanal association that helps women from small villages sell their handmade products and earn a fair wage.

Born and raised in Marrakech, Tawfik grew up in the tourism industry and has been working in it since he was 14. After working for the largest incoming tour agency in Morocco, Tawfik started off small and launched Evency Morocco with a partner selling "a la carte" trips mainly on the French market. His team has grown, and now he and 15 others work covering all aspects of the travel industry. Tawfik "loves discovering new products, working on special events, meetings and incentives" so if you have an idea for travel in Morocco, just ask! 

Although he doesn't have much of it, when Tawfik does get a moment of free time he spends as much time as possible with his two sons and wife. When he's not travelling, he's also passionate about music and you'll find him playing the drums with friends. Tawfik also loves the ocean, particularly windsurfing and scuba diving. Even though he's done more than his fair share of travelling, the variety in Morocco and the fact that he can "swim in the morning at the beach, ski in the afternoon and come back to Marrakech for dinner" keeps him home.
