The following rules apply in case of cancellations:

- Cancellations made before 14 days prior to the date of arrival incur no charge.

- Cancellations made between eight to three days prior to the date of arrival incur one night's accommodation charge.

- Cancellations made within three days prior to the date of arrival, or no-shows, incur no refunds.
