The owner of Palais Calipau made efforts to remodel the riad with old traditional craftsmanship, alongside modern fixtures and amenities to ensure maximum comfort and pleasing aesthetics for guests. It took three years to renovate the house, and in March 2006, they opened with what guests usually describe as ‘close to perfection'.
